Our iBuyer Program
The iBuyer Program is a network of independent cash buyers. You tell us what you buy, and when an off-market or wholesale deal comes in that fits your buy box, we send it to you. There is no subscription. If you buy a property through the program, a flat $1,500 Program Fee is paid at closing.

We can introduce you to local lenders who work with investors (hard money, DSCR, and portfolio loans). EDP Realty is not a lender. Loan terms are set by the lender and depend on your situation.
